Join Us as a Delta Service Corps Member

Each year, the Louisiana Delta Service Corps recruits interested host agencies that can support the full-time service of a corps member. Corps members may apply online and, if accepted, they will be placed with a host agency in their community. LDSC actively solicits applications from prospective corps members both locally and nationwide in an effort to create a truly diverse service team.

Presbyterian Community Outreach is looking to fill two positions with Delta Service Corps members:

Construction Assistant: This person will work with volunteers on site and will help the construction coordinator with preparing, estimating, and selecting sites.

Volunteer Coordinator: This person will facilitate volunteer trips, recruit volunteers, and market our organization in its goals. Depending on applications, this person could also go on site and work with volunteers and do a lot of the organization building that a small non-profit like ours needs.

In addition to the regular Delta Service Corps benefits, we will be giving corps members an additional stipend and free housing. For more information and applications, please check out the Delta Service Corps website
