Thousands of people in southeast Louisiana are still without safe and permanent housing. As FEMA trailer parks are being decommissioned around the state and families evicted from their temporary homes, rental prices in New Orleans are still almost 50% higher now than before the storms and thousands of homes remain untouched since Hurricane Katrina. It will take several more years to completely rebuild New Orleans and surrounding areas, and we cannot succeed without your support.

We are constantly trying to spread awareness of the needs in southeast Louisiana. Kevin Krejci, construction coordinator for PCO, is available to speak to your community and to answer any questions you might have about the needs and the work ahead. He will be available anytime during the month of August 2008 as well as on any long weekend.
